About the Founder - Aaron Patty
“From the field to the founder’s chair—my journey shapes how I build today.”
I’ve deployed technology in warzones, managed hundreds of millions in high-risk subcontracts, and lived side-by-side with the people I served—across the U.S., Japan, Sri Lanka, Europe, and beyond. My work has taken me from tactical field ops in the Middle East and Africa to strategic leadership roles in stable environments—where failure isn’t always lethal, but it’s never acceptable.
I’ve also co-founded multiple startups—each one rooted in a desire to solve real problems and serve people in meaningful ways. Not every one succeeded, but each taught me something critical about vision, capital, timing, and what it takes to build lasting value.
I founded Amperage Global to bring those lessons together—lessons about vision, capital, timing, and what it really takes to build lasting value. This work is about systems, strategy, and service. I’ve spent my life solving hard problems for others—now it’s time to build something that multiplies that impact. Something lasting. Something aligned.
I’m a lifelong learner—always sharpening my skills, challenging my assumptions, and seeking out new perspectives. I read constantly, not to be the smartest person in the room, but to be the most prepared to listen, adapt, and improve. That mindset is at the heart of Amperage Global: a commitment to evolving with every challenge, and working every day to do better than the day before.
My mission is clear: Solve hard problems, build what matters, and lift people along the way.
I’m actively seeking the first acquisition for Amperage Global—an enduring, service-oriented business with a strong team, solid culture, and at least 5–10 years of operating history. This will be the foundation for a portfolio of aligned companies that grow stronger together.
I’m looking for a business that does something well—and wants to see that excellence carried forward, supported, and expanded. I bring experience in operations, systems, and strategy—along with a deep respect for the people who’ve built something worth preserving.
Once acquired, I’ll focus on what matters most: stability, growth, and people. I invest in leadership, process, and long-term systems—not shortcuts. And every decision will be guided by what aligns with our shared purpose, data, and long-term vision.
From this first company, I’ll begin building a synergistic portfolio—acquiring businesses that complement each other and create value greater than the sum of their parts. This is the beginning of something lasting—and I’m ready to build it right.
